We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems. We work with more than 150 active partners and operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy, and transportation.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead or senior developer in CMS projects (AEM preferred)
• Strong technical background in frontend and backend development, with experience in system integrations
• Hands-on experience with integrations (micro fronts, APIs, etc. )
• Provide technical leadership for the public website
• Support and guide the development team
• Act directly on the development of integrations with other banking applications
• Collaborate with different technical areas (Adobe, IT, Cyber, Architecture, Infrastructure, Communications, etc. )
• Ensure all implementations follow technical, security, and performance standards
• Actively participate in the migration process to the new Adobe platform, common to Santander Group
• Work closely with the Product Owner to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Previous experience working in large companies
• Ability to act as a technical reference and support development teams
• Strong communication skills with both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Autonomy, organization, critical thinking, and
  - oriented mindset
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of Spanish (valued)
