Your contribute to a #zerodowntimefuture
You will be the bridge between
- edge vehicle technology and
- world operations. As an Adoption Automotive Engineer, you’ll partner with fleet operators and OEMs to successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their
-
- day operations, using the solutions provided by Stratio — ensuring our clients get the most out of their data, systems, and teams.
You’ll join our Customer Enablement team, working closely with clients throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding through
- term success. Some will be launching their first predictive maintenance program, while others will already be scaling it. You’ll need to deeply understand each client’s technical landscape, business operations, and strategic goals.
Your mission
Your mission will be to drive the successful adoption of predictive maintenance for Stratio’s clients by acting as a partner and consultant. The role involves understanding client organizations
- depth, managing their projects at various stages, and ensuring they achieve maximum value from Stratio.
As you ramp up, you will be assigned client accounts to work with. You will manage projects with clients in different stages of their lifecycle. Some are just starting their projects with us, and some will be
- standing clients. In-depth understanding of each client organization and business will be expected from you.
You will be part of the Customer Enablement team whose mission is to help clients successfully adopt predictive maintenance into their daily operations.
As an Adoption Automotive Engineer, you will:
- Engage deeply with each client’s operation — from fleet composition and maintenance workflows to diagnostic tools and key
- makers. - Monitor project timelines, risks, and customer satisfaction indicators.
- Proactively identify technical and operational blockers, helping clients realize the full potential of our platform.
? Client Enablement & Delivery
- Onboard and ramp up clients following the Stratio Deployment approach.
- Lead regular technical and business review sessions, including steering committees and
- monitoring workshops. - Analyze vehicle failure patterns, identify
- saving opportunities, and guide clients in maximizing value through
- driven maintenance strategies. - Support the implementation of API integrations and platform configuration for seamless customer experiences.
- Manage all account and customer journey processes, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction at every stage.
? Customer Support & Communication
- Help clients navigate our platform — optimize platform settings, including account permissions, alerts, and debugging support.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, following up on product feedback and feature requests.
- Ensure every client journey — from onboarding to maturity — is seamless, transparent, and
- driven.
This is what we believe is needed for this role
? ? Background:
- 2+ years in a
- facing role — ideally in automotive,
- duty vehicles, mobility, telematics, or industrial systems. - Experience in implementation, project delivery, or customer success in technical environments.

- Comfortable translating between technical concepts (e. g. , vehicle systems, fault codes, diagnostics) and business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills — able to build trust with technicians, engineers, and C-level stakeholders alike.
- Proactive and structured — you know how to manage multiple accounts and keep momentum even under ambiguity.
- Curious and
- savvy — eager to learn about evolving vehicle tech, Saa
S platforms, and
- driven operations. - Startup mindset: resourceful, adaptable,
- on, and always ready to take initiative. - Availability to travel internationally (approximately once a month).
- Minimum B2 in English (Stratio’s Official Language);
- C1/C2 in French (Must be able to work with French speaking customers).
