Job Ad – IT Test Manager (ISTQB Certified)

We are looking for an experienced

IT Test Manager

to lead our quality assurance activities across complex technology projects. The ideal candidate is

ISTQB certified

, has strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in building and managing QA teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA and testing function across multiple IT projects.
• Define and implement testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices aligned with ISTQB standards.
• Coordinate test planning, design, execution, and reporting.
• Manage a team of QA testers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee defect management, test automation initiatives, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Prepare detailed test documentation and ensure full traceability of testing activities.

Requirements:

• ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level certification
  
  (mandatory).
• Minimum
  
  5 years of experience
  
  in software testing and at least
  
  2 years in a test management role
  
  .
• Strong understanding of SDLC, test management tools (e. G. , JIRA, Zephyr, Test
  Rail, HP ALM), and defect tracking processes.
• Experience in both
  
  manual and automated testing
  
  with
  - on knowledge of
  
  Selenium, Cucumber, or other test automation tools
  
  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Agile / Dev
  Ops environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Background in enterprise or
  - based system testing.
