ADSEO Quality Assurance - French (12 - Month Contract)
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the quality success of internal or external stakeholders, identify and clear blockers to high performance, and support the team in their drive for excellence. Actively monitor performance and provide crucial reporting to relevant stakeholders to drive the success and growth of the teams.
- Work with
- functional (XFN) teams to identify the needs of projects. Navigate ambiguous situations and set clear SMART goals for yourself and the teams. - Own the role, identify and suggest process improvements, and help develop a
- practice methodology for QA. - Understand that QA interacts with content including images, video, and text related to everyday life, and may involve content such as bullying, hate speech, child safety, depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a
- practice model for maintaining performance. - Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards, and provide feedback on implementation and execution.
- Work with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates, communicate policy questions efficiently among internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform daily audits and provide analysis of errors and feedback to respective teams.
- Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to
- matter experts (SME) and management as required. - Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process; identify and assess areas for performance improvement across markets and proactively deliver solutions.
- Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure changes are aligned with current cultural,
- geographical, and political conditions. - Balance efficient task delivery in each queue using platforms such as TCS or Rock Appeal.
- Be willing to support or backfill temporary gaps in market support, and assist the onboarding team to develop training SOPs, materials, and legacy planning.
- Perform regular queue moderation or participate in knowledge quizzes as required to maintain policy implementation skills.
- Design and help implement a training plan according to the project timeline.
- Note: This position involves exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and misinformation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and the ability to make sound decisions in complex situations.
- Familiar with the business logic of labeling and the upstream/downstream teams’ working modes.
- Fluent in French is required; English is also required as it is the working language.
- Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with a broad range of
- functional partners. - A fast learner with the ability to thrive in a
- paced environment. - Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent working experience in a short video product/user industry.
- Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Power
Point, Excel, Word). - Familiarity with machine learning and content understanding.
- Solid presentation skills,
- cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
