ADSEO Quality Assurance - Italian (12 - Month Contract)
Responsibilities
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and
- based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our QA team members will take ownership of the quality success of their internal or external stakeholders, identify and clear blockers to high performance, and support their team in their drive for excellence. They will actively monitor performance and provide crucial reports to relevant stakeholders, contributing to the success and growth of our teams.
The successful candidate must be capable of working with
- functional teams to identify project needs, navigate ambiguous situations, and set clear SMART goals for themselves and the team.
They must also be willing and able to take ownership of this role, suggest process improvements, and help develop best practice methodologies for the QA role.
What Will I Be Doing
- Working independently and collaboratively to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop best practices for maintaining these standards.
- Facilitating regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards, and providing feedback on implementation.
- Collaborating with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and facilitate communication of policy questions between internal and external stakeholders.
- Performing daily audits, analyzing errors, and providing feedback to teams.
- Compiling and delivering performance data reports to SMEs and management.
- Conducting RCA escalations as needed.
- Identifying and assessing areas for performance improvement and proactively delivering solutions.
- Participating in or leading policy briefings to ensure alignment with local cultural, social, geographical, and political contexts.
- Managing task delivery efficiently across relevant platforms like TCS or Rock Appeal.
- Supporting or backfilling market support roles when needed.
- Supporting onboarding teams to develop training SOPs and materials, and planning for ongoing legacy support.
- Performing queue moderation and participating in knowledge quizzes to maintain policy implementation skills.
- Designing and implementing training plans according to timelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy roles within a major tech or media company.
- Broad understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and
- making in complex situations. - Knowledge of the business logic related to labeling and workflows of upstream and downstream teams.
- Fluency in Italian is required for communication with Italian markets; fluency in English is also required as the working language.
- Ability to collaborate with a broad range of
- functional partners. - Fast learner capable of adapting to a
- paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a short video product or user industry.
- Experience in Content Moderation, Content Quality, Content Safety, or Labeling is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and content understanding technologies.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
