What you will do

• Manage, prioritize, and own the backlog for analytical products to deliver excellent customer experiences aligned with the strategy/roadmap
• Work independently within the data science and visualization team as a Product Owner, collaborating with stakeholders to finalize concepts and make business decisions for backlog topics, planning for current and future sprints
• Collaborate with Scrum team members to develop and deliver optimal concepts, including testing ownership of business ideas
• Monitor feature performance and suggest areas for improvement
• Align business requirements and communicate decisions and deliverables across stakeholders
• Act as the product expert, supporting teams across countries with business configurations and feature development
• Leverage your passion for analytics to define industry benchmarks and support process and product improvements

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Deep passion for data and analytics, with understanding of data science and visualization technologies
• Knowledge of processes for managing small/mid-sized product teams
• Experience working in agile teams using Scrum is a plus
• Ability to prioritize independently
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
