Manage, prioritize, and own the backlog for analytical products to ensure an excellent customer experience aligned with the overall strategy and roadmap.
Work independently as a Product Owner within the data science and visualization team, collaborating with stakeholders to finalize concepts and make business decisions for backlog topics and sprint planning.
Partner with the Scrum team to deliver optimal concepts for prioritized topics, including testing ownership of business concepts.
Monitor the performance of delivered features and propose areas for improvement.
Communicate business requirements and decisions proactively across stakeholders.
Represent yourself as the product expert within Hugo Boss, supporting teams across countries with relevant configurations and feature alignments.
Leverage your passion for analytics to define industry benchmarks and support new ideas for process and product improvements.

3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
A relevant degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
A strong passion for data and analytics, with good understanding of data science and visualization technologies.
Knowledge of processes for managing small to
- sized product teams.
Experience working in agile teams using Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Ability to prioritize topics independently.
Proficiency in English with strong communication skills; German is a plus.
