The Role
As a Bid Facilitator, you will manage the bid process efficiently, coordinate activities, and support proposal development to enhance our success rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire bidding process and coordinate bid activities, including
- off meetings, approvals, assessments, retrospectives, and workshops. - Assist opportunity owners in developing clear win strategies that highlight our strengths and meet client needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and effective use of tools.
- Maintain tools, templates, and data storage for bid management.
- Develop reusable assets and references, improving reference management systems.
- Provide training materials on bid management processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct
- bid reviews to identify improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- 2-4 years of experience in bid or project management or related fields.
- Understanding of AI tools and prompting.
- Analytical,
- oriented, proactive, and adaptable. - Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage group dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
