What you'll do:

1. Lead the implementation of the programs in the plant. Manage the plant activities associated with new products and current models.

2. Keep the plant time plan updated and align with program time plan.

3. Represent the plant in regular program meetings

4. Keep all plant representatives informed about the main program milestones and important decisions made

5. Secure that the product design is aligned with manufacturing process best practices. Manage regular Manufacturing Design Reviews

6. Execute Launch Readiness Reviews (LRR)

7. Highlight Risks, Issues and Opportunities (using e
P).

8. Prepare Gate reviews

9. Promote meetings with stake holders to secure build events in due time.

10. Capture the lessons learned and share it with team members

11. Capture the launch cost and project expenses. Participate in budget definition and control.

12. Create investment requisitions (PAR).

13. Support PPAP and VPDS tasks
