We intend to recruit a Junior Project Manager (m/f) to perform the following functions:

The solutions developed cover diverse areas such as naval communications, tactical communications covering vehicles and individual users, radios, military messaging, etc. The continuously evolving technological context of our products is quite diversified, comprising
- house development and production of embedded distributed systems including software and hardware, web based centralized management, voice and data communication protocols, mobile terminals, public key cryptography, secure
- domain network solutions, etc.

YOUR ROLE

• Act as the main point of contact with the client for project management;
  
  
  
  
• Analysein detail the project's scope of supply, deadline and cost;
  
  
  
  
• Developthe project management plan for effective project execution;
  
  
  
  
• Identify, assess and proactively manage risks associated with the project, preparing the risk management plan;
  
  
  
  
• Manage all internal and external resources involved in the project, including subcontractors;
  
  
  
  
• Monitorand control project costs, ensuring compliance with established budgets;
  
  
  
  
• Plan and trigger internal orders and purchase requests, monitoring their execution;
  
  
  
  
• Recording lessons learnt throughout the project;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines, taking corrective measures when necessary;
  
  
  
  
• Maintaining regular communication with clients for updates and ensuring ongoing satisfaction;
  
  
  
  
• Implementing quality management practices and processes to ensure delivery to a high standard.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Management or related
• Some experience in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks in complex projects.
• Negotiation skills to secure advantageous agreements and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Ability to plan, execute and finalise projects according to established deadlines and budgets.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with international teams.
