**Challenge**:Our client is a successful company specialized in digital marketing, with the goal to bring talented people with multiple skills together. Their anxious to promote new relevant and motivating projects with an open environment where each collaborator can be able to thrive by expressing their skills in the service of their clients. Right now they're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager and Office Manager to join their team. As an Office Manager, the main missions will be:
- Organize and ensure the main functioning of the agency;





- You will be the point of contact with the management based abroad for all administrative and general issues;





- Responsible for the operational marketing and traffic management of the two marketing teams in place formed by 4 people. As a Digital Manager, the main missions will be:
- **Marketing strategy**: Continuous improvement of performances through comparative testing processes by your own initiative or on behalf of the Marketing team;





Reporting tothe brand referent and to the Marketing Department (KPIs, deliverability, ROI, activity report);





Conducting
- functional marketing projects for different brands and contributing to the optimization of the acquisition and loyalty strategy. **Profile**:
- Degree or Master in Digital Marketing or
- Proficiency in English, French and Portuguese languages (C1/C2);





- At least 5yearsof experience in Digital Marketing;





- Experienceand knowledge with Excel - pivot tables - Power BI, Google Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Actito, Salesforce, Adobe target, AB Tasty, Word
Press ou Drupal. Framework:
