Role Description

This is an on‑site full‑time role. We’re seeking a qualified lawyer, registered with the Ordem dos Advogados, to join our office in Cascais. While prior experience is appreciated, it’s not required – we are open to motivated junior professionals who are detail‑oriented and eager to grow with us.

Qualifications

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to immigration processes (residence applications, manifestation of interest, family reunification, etc. )
• Assisting with the preparation of documents for company registration in Portugal
• Providing legal support for clients during administrative procedures
• Liaising with public authorities (AIMA, IRN, Tax Authority, etc. )
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in immigration services

Mandatory Requirements (must meet all to qualify)

• Full‑time availability to work in our Cascais office
• Degree in Law obtained in Portugal
• Registered with the Ordem dos Advogados (OA) and holding an active professional license
• Full comfort and confidence working with AIMA, IRN, Tax Authority, municipalities, and other public bodies
• Fluent English (team communication is conducted fully in English)
