We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to join our team!
In this position you will be in charge of overseeing the development of complex applications enabling great user experience and multi‑channel strategies based on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS).
Qualifications
- Proven Experience with the AEM framework and the Adobe Experience Cloud
- Very good knowledge of current web technologies (Java/J2EE) as well as experience with standard software frameworks (Spring)
- Experience with AEM technologies (e. g. Apache Sling, Sling models, HTL/Sightly)
- Knowledge in the areas of SQL, Apache Jackrabbit Oak, Web Services (SOA), XML, XSL, Java
Script, HTML, AJAX - Experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS), including: Content Fragments and their integration, Graph
QL API usage and optimization, understanding of EDS architecture across various content sources, multi‑site management capabilities within EDS - Knowledge of CDN strategies and Adobe Edge
Workers - Good understanding of SEO best practices in the context of EDS and AEM
- Experience in other Java‑based CMS solutions, such as Magnolia, is a plus
- Expertise in software architecture and technical design
- Ability to drive architectural decisions, technology evaluations, and proof of concepts (Po
Cs) for client use cases and to translate complex business requirements into scalable AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions - University or college degree in computer science or business computer science is a plus
- Ability to provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, mentorship, and guidance on scalable and maintainable solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong personal initiative and willingness to learn
