Affiliate / Growth Specialist
Caravel Entertainment, S. A. is a Portuguese company specialised in operating online gaming brands within a regulated environment. As the licensed entity managing the Moosh. pt platform – a sportsbook and online casino authorised by the SRIJ (Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos) – our core objective is to provide an online gaming experience that is safe, responsible, transparent, and user‑centric. We adopt a strategic and multidisciplinary approach, covering product management, marketing, compliance, customer support, and coordination with technology partners, affiliates, and suppliers to deliver a continuously evolving, personalised experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the affiliate network, fostering strong collaborative relationships with external partners.
- Negotiate terms, commissions, and growth plans with affiliates and strategic partners.
- Monitor affiliate performance (traffic, conversion, FTDs, ROI) and optimise campaigns based on defined KPIs.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including partnerships, platforms, influencers, and emerging acquisition channels.
- Ensure all affiliate marketing actions comply with SRIJ guidelines, including responsible advertising practices.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for the Marketing team and Management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, CRM, Paid Media, Product) to align acquisition strategies.

Share, Hybrid) and acquisition metrics. - Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage partner relationships effectively.
- High sense of responsibility, organisation, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of SRIJ marketing and advertising regulations (valued).
- Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English.
