About the Role: As an Partner Specialist, you'll play a key role in recruiting, managing, and fostering relationships with affiliates in the B2B space. This position is perfect for someone who is confident on the phone, has a
- driven mindset, and is ready to make a measurable impact. Key Responsibilities: Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and onboard new companies to expand our affiliate network. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong partnerships with affiliates, serving as their primary point of contact for campaign support and collaboration. Negotiation: Manage deals and performance metrics, ensuring optimal outcomes for affiliates and the company. International Outreach: Work across multiple markets, including France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Germany, and the Netherlands. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results and ensure KPIs are met, celebrating successes along the way. What We're Looking For: Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish and/or Italian are highly desirable, and additional languages are a bonus. Sales Savvy: You're confident on the phone and possess a natural ability to connect with people and close deals. Relationship Builder: You excel at building trust and
