Job Description:

For our sales company based in SINTRA, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Supervisor to manage our team of technicians, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure business profitability. This role demands leadership skills,
- solving abilities, and a technical background.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance.
• Monitor KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of the
  - sales service.
• Ensure the profitability of the
  - sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.
• Coach the team, fostering continuous improvement, growth, and professionalism in line with Nilfisk's philosophy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
• Expectations for this role:
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team of technicians.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Advanced skills in data analytics.
• Qualification in Engineering or a related field, with experience in industrial machinery.
• Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
• Experience with Service
  Max or other CRM tools is valuable.
• User-level knowledge of SAP is valuable.
