• You’ll be trained in a specific niche of the market, giving you the expertise to become the
  - to recruiter in your field.

• Base salary plus uncapped commission. An average performer can expect to earn €38K+ in your first year and €61K+ in year two. Top performers are making €80K+.

Who are you?

• You have been working as an agency recruiter for 1–5 years (or you have the right drive and motivation to transition into agency recruitment)
• You are ready to put in the hard work and get the recognition you deserve
• You are competitive and thrive when working towards clear targets
• You are fluent in English and hold an EU passport or EU citizenship
• You are ready to relocate to Malta and kick off your international career
