We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French speaking Agency Success Lead for their offices in Lisbon.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and partner teams to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with
- functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives that address client needs and drive measurable outcomes. - Build a deep understanding of digital media and data‑driven marketing strategies, serving as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze account performance and campaign data to ensure business goals and key performance indicators are consistently met or exceeded.
- Manage the end‑to‑end execution of marketing or media campaigns, including planning, set‑up, optimization, and reporting.
- Deliver client and team training sessions to enhance understanding of platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients and teams regarding evolving industry regulations, such as privacy and data compliance.
- Contribute to the development of strategic proposals, presentations, and performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to provide feedback that informs product and service improvements.
- Maintain organized communication and documentation across multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in French, both oral and written. Fluent in English.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or client success preferably in a digital or data‑driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and manage relationships across different levels of an organization.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience interpreting campaign or performance data.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis (e. g. , VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and logical functions).
- Experience with digital marketing platforms or programmatic advertising tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of marketing technology, media buying, or ad operations processes preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and adapt in fast‑paced settings.
- Proactive communicator who can identify challenges early and propose effective solutions.
