About the Role

, we're expanding our international team and seeking a passionate
Sales & Business Development Executive
to drive growth across
Latin America and Europe

You will represent Tecnasys to new clients, showcasing our innovative IT portfolio,
cloud infrastructure, IT outsourcing, and cybersecurity solutions
.
Your goal will be to understand client needs, build trust, and deliver customized solutions that accelerate their success while contributing to Tecnasys' global expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Sales Cycle:
Lead the full process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, across both regions.
Engage Clients:
Present Tecnasys' IT solutions confidently and tailor every conversation to each client's specific context.
Drive Growth:
Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert them into
- term partnerships.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with technical and operations teams to craft proposals that reflect our clients' real challenges and Tecnasys' value.
Deliver Excellence:
Ensure a seamless
- sales experience and sustained client satisfaction.
Stay Ahead:
Track market trends, competitors, and new technologies to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Expand Your Network:
Build and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders across industries.
What We're Looking For
Proven Expertise:
3–5 years of experience in IT sales or business development, with consistent record of achieving and surpassing goals.
Languages:
Fluency in English required;
Portuguese and Spanish are strong advantages.
Relationship Builder:
Charismatic, polite, and genuinely
- oriented, able to build trust through professionalism and empathy.
Sales Champion:
Driven by goals and success, resilient and positive even in the face of rejection.
