Role Overview

Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents across multiple channels (voice, chat, email).

Integrate with customer APIs, databases, and internal tools so agents can execute
- world tasks.

Build and maintain internal tooling in Type
Script, with a focus on reusable components for agents and shared use.

Test with live data, measure performance, and
- tune for accuracy and reliability.

Collaborate directly with customers to gather requirements, demo solutions, and iterate quickly.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ship
- quality,
- ready solutions.

Contribute to processes, documentation, and best practices that support scalable AI development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related STEM field.

Excellent English, written and spoken.

Strong
- on skills with APIs, backend logic, and system integrations.

Solid programming skills; experience with Type
Script is a strong advantage.

Experience in technical,
- facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc. ) is a strong plus.

Familiarity with monitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e. g. , Datadog) is an advantage.

Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and passion for AI.

Prior experience with conversational AI or large language models – advantage.
