Job Title: Agent Relation Client - Presse - Fafe

We are currently recruiting Customer Advisors in the press sector (daily newspapers, weekly publications, online, magazines).

Responsibilities:

• Respond to information requests.
• Provide advice and support while ensuring optimal service quality during inbound calls.
• Follow administrative procedures.

Profile:

• Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written.
• Previous experience in related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in IT, capable of navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset, effective and objective communication skills.

• Rotating hours from 7:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday.
