How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

You'll work on outbound and inbound patient interactions for respiratory care. Key responsibilities include:

• Guarantee efficiency of inbound and outbound calls, meeting objectives and responding to client requests.
• Use the troubleshooting tool to resolve situations without on‑site intervention.
• Track and manage the centre's email lines.
• Record all required data in the system, ensuring quality and adherence to internal procedures.
• Analyze daily the patient dashboard for prescription modifications without associated service orders.

Are you a MATCH?

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

• High school graduation (12º ano).
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Empathy towards customers.
• Ability to work with computer systems.
