How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
You'll work on outbound and inbound patient interactions for respiratory care. Key responsibilities include:
- Guarantee efficiency of inbound and outbound calls, meeting objectives and responding to client requests.
- Use the troubleshooting tool to resolve situations without on‑site intervention.
- Track and manage the centre's email lines.
- Record all required data in the system, ensuring quality and adherence to internal procedures.
- Analyze daily the patient dashboard for prescription modifications without associated service orders.
Are you a MATCH?
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- High school graduation (12º ano).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Empathy towards customers.
- Ability to work with computer systems.
