Poderá crescer e
- se connosco ao efectuar o atendimento outbound e inbound a pacientes do foro respiratório. **Para esta posição, as funções serão:****-**Garantia de níveis de eficiência de atendimento (chamadas inbound e outbound), atingindo os objectivos propostos e respondendo às solicitações dos clientes;



-Utilização da ferramenta de troubleshooting com vista à resolução de situações sempre que não há necessidade de intervenção no terreno;



-Acompanhamento das linhas de emails do centro;



-Registo de todos os dados necessários em sistema e garantia da qualidade dos mesmos, em conformidade com os procedimentos internos definidos;



-Análise diária dodashboard de pacientes com prescrição de modificação sem ordem de serviço associada. **Será o candidato que procuramos, se cumprir os seguintes requsitos:**-12º ano de escolaridade;



-Experiência anterior ematendimento ao cliente;



-Capacidade de empatia para com o cliente;
