- se connosco ao efectuar o atendimento outbound e inbound a pacientes do foro respiratório. **Para esta posição, as funções serão:****-**Garantia de níveis de eficiência de atendimento (chamadas inbound e outbound), atingindo os objectivos propostos e respondendo às solicitações dos clientes;-Utilização da ferramenta de troubleshooting com vista à resolução de situações sempre que não há necessidade de intervenção no terreno;-Acompanhamento das linhas de emails do centro;-Registo de todos os dados necessários em sistema e garantia da qualidade dos mesmos, em conformidade com os procedimentos internos definidos;-Análise diária do dashboard de pacientes com prescrição de modificação sem ordem de serviço associada. **Será o candidato que procuramos, se cumprir os seguintes requsitos:**-12º ano de escolaridade;-Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente;-Capacidade de empatia para com o cliente;-Capacidade para trabalhar com sistemas informáticos. **Our Differences make our Performance** At Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.
