You’ll have the opportunity to join a challenging project in a leading company, working with dynamic teams and contributing directly to their Agile mindset, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

What you’ll be doing

• Coach the teams, applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools and techniques;
• Participate and dynamize Agile Ceremonies;
• Create and facilitate workshops and events;
• Training, advise and share Agile methodologies;
• Mentor and coach of Agile Teams and individuals (Scrum Master; PO; etc…)

What you will need to succeed

• Deep knowledge of Agile Methodologies;
• Experience as a Scrum Master;
• JIRA and Confluence;
• Good communication and leadership skills;
• Fluency in English (Spoken and written);
• French knowledge (Plus);
