Agile Coach

Responsibilities

• Act as an Agile Coach serving as a consultant, change agent, trainer, mentor, and facilitator to guide teams through continuous improvement.
• Coach teams in applying Agile values, principles, practices, tools, and techniques across daily work and long‑term planning.
• Lead and energize Agile ceremonies, ensuring efficient collaboration and a focus on delivering value.
• Design, create, and facilitate workshops and Agile learning sessions to promote knowledge sharing and team alignment.
• Provide mentorship and personalized coaching to Agile roles, including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Agile environments, ideally with hands‑on practice as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and best practices, with a proven ability to guide teams through Agile adoption.
• Strong expertise with Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting, and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of coaching teams and facilitating change effectively.
• Solid experience applying Agile values and practices in complex, multi‑team setups.
• At least a B2 level in English (spoken and written).
