We're in the midst of an exciting transformation. The foundation is already there, but now comes the most interesting part: building the system. That's why were looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who's ready to drive this transformation, guide our teams, and help us grow in the right direction. This role isn't about maintaining what exists - it's about creating processes, shaping culture, and helping teams grow systematically.

You won't just follow Agile frameworks you'll shape how they work here. Your work will have real impact: from influencing org design and team interactions to rethinking how decisions are made and processes run. You'll be working side by side with leadership and
- functional teams, driving change where it really matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and support Agile processes such as Scrum and Kanban across multiple product teams.
• Facilitate key team ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily
  - ups, backlog grooming, and demos.
• Implement Agile metrics such as lead time, delivery rate, backlog trends, and predictability, adapting them to the business context.
• Coach teams through Agile practices, including story point estimation, planning poker, and backlog management.
• Set up collaboration workflows across
  - aligned teams, platform units, and shared functions to ensure smooth dependency management.
• Drive continuous improvement using team feedback, health checks, and targeted experiments.
• Work closely with leadership to align delivery with business goals and influence strategic
  - making.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in product teams, ideally in IT, fintech, crypto, or trading environments.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor frameworks to specific business needs.
• Hands-on experience implementing scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Le
  SS is a strong advantage.
• Experience working with the OKR framework and aligning delivery with business outcomes.
• Proven ability to launch Agile from scratch and operate within
  - scale environments.
• Confidence in applying Agile metrics and translating them into business value.
• Excellent facilitation, group dynamics, and conflict resolution skills.
• Understanding of Dev
  Ops, CI/CD, and modern software development workflows.
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro; experience using AI tools in Agile work is a plus.
• Certifications such as PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or Le
  SS are beneficial.
• Russian language proficiency is required.
