We are looking for Agile Coach / Scrum Master to work on a 100% remote model.

For us, we would love if you have:

- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;

- 2+ years of experience as an Agile Coach;

- Scrum Master certification is preferred;

- Proven ability to work with both technical and business teams;

- Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills;

- Experience promoting agile mindset and driving adoption across multiple teams;

- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
