Agile Delivery Lead – Wire IT

Location: Remote – Portugal.

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practices
• Experience managing delivery across multiple squads simultaneously
• Strong facilitation skills running ceremonies such as stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Ability to partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to balance priorities, scope and timelines
• Experience coordinating dependencies across engineering, QA and cross‑functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering and Business functions
• Ability to maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks and issues and communicate transparently
• Experience working in value stream or product‑based delivery models
• Continuous improvement mindset with a servant‑leadership approach

No‑term full‑time contract.
