Role: Agile Delivery Lead

Location: Remote, Portugal

Required skills

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in agile environments
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar) and delivery practices
• Experience managing delivery across multiple squads simultaneously
• Strong facilitation skills running ceremonies such as
  - ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
• Ability to partner closely with Product Managers and Tech Leads to balance priorities, scope and timelines
• Experience coordinating dependencies across engineering, QA and
  - functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Product, Engineering and Business functions
• Ability to maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks and issues and communicate transparently
• Experience working in value stream or
  - based delivery models
• Continuous improvement mindset with a servant leadership approach
