About the role

We are looking for an Agile Project Lead to coordinate remote software‐development teams across Portugal. This role suits a hands‐on project manager who enjoys coaching teams and driving continuous delivery in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

Guide cross‐functional teams through the full software‐delivery lifecycle, promoting agile practices and self‐organization

Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews and retrospectives.

Remove impediments and champion continuous improvement in processes and tools.

Collaborate with product managers and architects to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Requirements

4+ years’ experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.

Certification such as CSM, PMI‐ACP, or equivalent preferred.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required.

Based in Portugal with the ability to work remotely and occasionally travel to Lisbon or Porto.
