Vacancy Description

Duties:

• Perform farming tasks such as soil preparation, planting, watering, fertilizing, and weeding under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Assist in crop cultivation, pruning, and protection from pests and diseases as instructed.
• Harvest seasonal crops (e. g. , olives, grapes, fruits, vegetables) carefully following supervisor’s directions.
• Clean, sort, and pack produce for storage or transport under quality standards set by management.
• Operate farm tools, machinery, and irrigation systems only when trained and authorized by a supervisor.
• Support livestock care (feeding, cleaning, monitoring) when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all working areas.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direct supervision of farm supervisors/foremen to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Follow instructions, safety guidelines, and work schedules provided by supervisors.
• Report any issues with crops, livestock, tools, or equipment immediately to the supervisor.
• Maintain productivity and quality as per the supervisor’s standards.
• Cooperate with team members to achieve daily and seasonal targets.
• Adapt to flexible hours and seasonal demands as directed.
• Uphold farm policies, safety measures, and environmental practices under supervisory monitoring.
