The Senior Expert Data-Driven Solutions is responsible for identifying and shaping
- impact,
- driven use cases by translating business needs into clear, structured requirements. With strong capabilities in requirement engineering, the role ensures successful delivery of data initiatives by driving clarity, speed, and value realization while adhering to IT and governance standards. As a key interface between business, and data architecture and data engineering functions, this position combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and delivery orientation to unlock business value through data – by mainly supporting the delivery of

Identify and translate complex business needs into structured,
- driven use cases, ensuring clear and complete requirement engineering;

Evaluate use cases regarding business impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic priorities;

Support the design and delivery of
- native data solutions and enable
- service BI use cases, working closely with architecture, engineering, and business teams;

Design and manage initiative roadmaps and project structures, coordinating across business, data, and IT stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery;

Drive communication transparency through regular reporting on progress, risks, and realized business impact;

Ensure initiatives align with IT architecture principles, cybersecurity standards, and data governance frameworks;

Leverage cloud capabilities to assess technical feasibility and
- design scalable,
- adding solutions in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams;

Perform
- on data exploration, comparisons, and validation (e. g. , querying Big
Query) to support feasibility assessments, clarify requirements, and contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) during initiative rollouts;

Use
- end tools to create
- ups or conceptual visualizations to validate requirements and align with stakeholders early in the process;

Collaborate closely with data architects to align business use cases with scalable and compliant data solutions, ensuring smooth handover from concept to implementation

Solid understanding of cloud data platforms, including data services, integration capabilities, and scalability potential;

Familiarity with data product life cycles, agile ways of working, and requirement engineering;

Hands-on capability with dashboarding and BI tools (e. g. , Power BI) to create
- ups and support stakeholder engagement;

Solid
- on data analysis skills to support validation, quality assurance, and business value tracking;

Ability to balance speed and quality while managing risk and compliance;

Awareness of data governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture principles

Must Have:

A successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;

5+ years of experience in
- related roles, with a focus on
- facing solution delivery;

Proven track record in shaping and delivering data initiatives in complex organizations;

Hands-on experience with
- based data platforms; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus;

Practical experience with SQL and querying
- based data warehouses (e. g. , Big
Query); ability to independently perform data validations, comparisons, and support UAT efforts;

Experience with Power BI or similar BI
- end tools to mock up visualizations and guide dashboard development;

Strong facilitation skills in requirement engineering and benefit/value case articulation;

Experience working in agile environments (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban) with
- functional teams and iterative delivery cycles;

Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken
