Mission

We are looking for a dedicated, technically experienced AI & Intelligent Automation Lead/Product Manager to join our team. You will focus on pioneering the integration of AI and intelligent automation within core operations and strategic initiatives, aiming to augment human capabilities and drive productivity, efficiency, and
- making across the organization. You will identify, develop, and launch AI-powered solutions that impact
- making activities, risk management, and operational processes. This includes leveraging LLMs, Multi-Agent Coordination and Planning (MCP), and advanced data analytics to create tools and systems that empower teams and automate value creation.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision, strategy, and a roadmap for AI and intelligent automation initiatives aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• AI Application & Automation: Drive practical AI applications by identifying use cases and collaborating with engineering to integrate LLMs, MCP, and other automation technologies into products.
• Technology Integration: Oversee

  - end integration of AI models and tools, ensuring scalability and maintainability through use case definition, documentation, and QA.
• Financial Context & Time Series Data: Apply knowledge of financial markets and time series data to enhance trading strategies, risk prediction, and operational insights.
• Human-AI Teaming & Productivity: Design products that enhance decision making, automate repetitive tasks, and create efficient workflows between humans and AI systems.
• Process & Capability Shaping: Shape processes, standards, and capabilities for AI development and deployment, including data governance, model validation, and responsible AI usage with governance teams.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with Commercial, Trading, Research, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance to gather requirements and ensure compliant product delivery.
• Market & Technology Research: Stay informed on AI and automation advances to identify technologies and trends that create competitive advantages.
• Performance & Impact Measurement: Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate AI products and iterate based on data and feedback.

Essentials

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching and scaling complex tech products.
• AI/ML expertise with practical use of LLMs, MCP, and advanced automation paradigms.
• Technical acumen in software development, data architectures, and API integrations; capable of engaging in technical discussions.
• Financial domain exposure to market data and time series data manipulation is desirable.
• Strategic and pragmatic thinker who can translate vision into actionable roadmaps, starting with proofs of concept.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills in
