What You'll Do:

Build, Deploy, and Scale Intelligent Systems

As an AI & ML Engineer, you'll drive the full lifecycle of
- grade AI systems—from architecture to deployment.

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop & evolve our flagship Agentic AI Platform:
  
  Help build our enterprise agentic AI platform, focusing on core components such as agentic workflows, RAG systems and new protocols MCP and A2A.
• Develop & deploy Production Code:
  
  Write
  - performance, reliable Python code using Fast
  API/Pydantic to serve AI models and integrate them into our platform.
• Optimize for performance:
  
  Fine-tune orchestration of LLMs and of proprietary models for efficient inference.
• Build AI Infrastructure:
  
  Proficiency in maintaining containerized deployment pipelines and infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate for Impact:
  
  Work closely with demanding key stakeholders and product teams to translate AI research into production features that multiply business outcomes.

Core Skills:

• Strong AI/ML Engineering background:
  
  Track record building and maintaining AI systems in
  - world environments.
• Python Mastery & API Design:
  
  Deep experience with Python, Fast
  API, and Pydantic for building
  - performance APIs.
• Advanced LLM Techniques:
  
  Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, agentic workflows, and RAG-based architecture.
• Model Proficiency:
  
  Familiarity with Hugging
  Face Transformers and deep learning frameworks like Py
  Torch or Tensor
  Flow. Experience with model tuning and evaluation.
• Agentic System Design:
  
  Demonstrated experience architecting and implementing
  - agent or
  - based AI systems.
• Vector Database Experience:
  
  Knowledge of vector stores for semantic search and retrieval.
• Cloud & Dev
  Ops Know-How:
  
  Familiarity with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, and automation tools (CI/CD, monitoring, and testing for ML pipelines).

Bonus Points:

• Experience with
  - time inference systems or stream processing.
• Contributions to
  - source AI/ML projects.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and
  - protocol API integration.
