We are looking for AI Agent Solutions Engineers to help clients deploy and integrate intelligent agents built on the Toqan platform. This role is
- on,
- facing, and ideal for engineers who thrive on autonomy,
- solving, and driving projects from start to finish.

Work model : hybrid from Lisbon;

What You’ll Do

• Configure and implement the agent platform for client deployments
• Design and manage context, tools, and workflows for agents
• Set up API integrations and build lightweight services
• Combine prompting expertise with engineering integration capabilities
• Independently manage projects, from discovery to delivery
• Communicate progress clearly and work closely with clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents
• Experience integrating diverse business systems using APIs , including handling authentication , data mapping , and error handling
• Proficiency in Python ; other programming languages a plus
• Senior-level autonomy with project ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
