The Analyst Strategy & Governance will be highly motivated and
- oriented to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic planning and governance processes within our organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of corporate governance principles.

Main Tasks:

• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support
  - making processes.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Support the governance framework by ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

• Education: Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in similar functions.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking industry best practices in corporate governance.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, corporate governance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
  Point).
• Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, capacity to prioritize the activities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to foster team spirit.

Language Skills:

• Fluent English (C1-C2) (Minimum English level of C1)
