AI Business Outcomes Advisor
Job Description
The role of AI Specialist, Customer Success is a dynamic customer advisory position that involves working closely with customers to drive business outcomes and maximize the value of Zendesk's Advanced AI Agents. The primary objective of this role is to ensure customers realize tangible benefits from their investment in Zendesk's solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- To achieve the goals outlined above, the AI Specialist will work across multiple teams within the customer's organization, including Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Development. This collaboration will focus on accelerating AI adoption and ensuring seamless integration with existing products and services.
- The AI Specialist will also be responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, particularly those at the CXO level. These relationships will be built on trust, mutual understanding, and a deep appreciation for the customer's specific needs and goals.
- A critical aspect of this role is the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and
- technical stakeholders. The AI Specialist must be able to articulate the value proposition of AI-powered solutions and demonstrate how they can be used to drive business outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a related field is required for this role. Previous experience in supporting the adoption of AI-powered solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the AI Specialist will need to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders at various levels of an organization. Ability to influence and negotiate with key
- makers is also critical. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and agile project management is a plus, as is experience working with Saa
