Your Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated chatbot messages according to internal policies
• Analyze and categorize content including sensitive topics like hate speech or violence
• Ensure compliance with safety standards for users and brands
• Classify and report content types following established procedures

Your Profile

• Native-level French with a good level of English
• Strong attention to detail and motivation to work with AI technologies
• Interest in intercultural communication and willingness to relocate to Lisbon
• Valid Portuguese work permit or EU passport required

What’s Offered

• Long-term renewable
  - term contract
• Possibility of permanent contract after 2 years
• Full-time position (40h/week), 8h/day
• Rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday, 08:00–18:00

Salary Options

• With accommodation (shared apartment, bills included): €1, 040 gross/month
• Without accommodation: €1, 240 gross/month
