Job Summary
The Customer Success Champion is a key position responsible for propelling customer success and driving business growth through

This role is an integral part of our customer advisory team, tasked with fostering strong relationships with customers to deliver value as quickly as possible. The ideal candidate will be an expert in AI adoption, able to drive engagement and collaboration across multiple teams within the organization.
Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing strategies to drive AI adoption and customer success;
2. Collaborating closely with
   - functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction;
3. Providing expert guidance on AI-powered solutions and their applications in various industries;
4. Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
5. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance customer skills and knowledge;
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences;

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related field;
