Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain data models and visualizations for process mining while exploring and evaluating new related technologies
• User Support and Consulting: Support and consult users in process mining to ensure effective usage
• Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with
  - functional teams to understand business processes and user requirements
• Documentation and Reporting: Contribute to technical documentation and results documentation
• Community Engagement and Outreach: Support process mining community and outreach activities

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Education: Degree in Software Engineering, IT Administration, or Data Engineering, or a related field
• Programming Abilities: Experience in at least one programming language is an advantage
• Tools and Systems: Proficiency in data manipulation with at least one widely used database system, especially SQL, stored procedures, or Data Building Tool;
  
  
  
  Familiarity with ETL tools, processes, and/or middleware (e. G. , MS SSIS) is a plus
• Data Analysis and Visualization: Experience in data visualization and interpretation
• Working Style: Proactive, structured with strong communication skills and a
  - oriented mindset
• Language skills: Fluent in English
