Your impact
Join us at Product Quality and Compliance and play a key role in designing and developing next‑generation capabilities. Your role focuses on supporting architectural transformation and modernization efforts.
As a valued member of our team, you will develop and deliver new capabilities using the latest technologies and processes. This involves actively developing code, debugging, reviewing with the team, and working closely with engineers and business partners.
Your Responsibilities Are
- Work with a team of engineers responsible for software design, development, and building applications in a Scrum Agile environment.
- Develop code, debug issues, suggest improvements, review code, and provide solutions to systemic problems.
- Contribute with others on projects and work on small to medium features from technical design through completion.
- Ensure assigned Jira stories are executed timely, updated, and understand the backlog and planning.
- Develop and enhance in‑app and role‑based AI Agents, contributing to their security, semantic layers, and basic agent training capabilities.
- Implement and maintain Ask/Respond features using agentic frameworks (e. g. , Langraph, Langchain, LLMs) with data from various technology platforms.
- Assist in building and optimizing Natural Language Interaction (NLI) & Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enterprise data.
- Develop and integrate data connectors for databases (Oracle, SAP HANA, Snowflake, Mongo
DB), ensuring secure data retrieval and ingestion. - Support API development for LLM‑based prompt engineering, focusing on user input parsing and intent identification.
- Build and test individual AI agents and contribute to the development of communication protocols for inter‑agent collaboration.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate agents with external tools and services via standard protocols (e. g. , MCP, A2A).
Minimum Qualifications
- 1‑3 years of related experience.
- Experience with front‑end, back‑end, or automation technology.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and familiarity with implementing AI techniques in practical applications, including security.
- Thorough understanding of Agile and Dev

Ops practices and toolsets. - Positive and self‑motivated attitude, with excellent communication and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from a leader, and serve as a resource for colleagues.
- Knowledge of security practices with exposure to API security protocols.
- Good team player.
- Eligible to work in Portugal without visa/work‑permit sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Awareness of supply chain business.
- Certifications in Java, database technologies (Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Java, Python, Snowflake, Mongo), web development, AWS fundamentals.
- Certifications in Supply Chain Fundamentals, Gen AI White/Green belt.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining dashboards with modern web frameworks, preferably Angular.
- Strong hands‑on experience with database technologies including Mongo
DB and Oracle. - Proficient in writing advanced PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and automating ETL processes.
- Solid understanding of API integration (REST/SOAP) for data ingestion and system connectivity.
- Experience manipulating, cleaning, transforming, and optimizing large data sets.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices for both relational and No
SQL databases.
