What You-'ll do

• Develop and maintain AI models and applications using Python;
• Implement, test, and optimize machine learning algorithms;
• Integrate AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem;
• Ensure code quality and document all developments;
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead and other developers to deliver
  - quality outputs;
• Participate in client meetings to provide updates on progress and address issues;
• Hybrid Work Model.

What You Are

• +3 years of experience in AI project development or Python-focused software development;
• Proficiency in Python development;
• Experience with AI/ML libraries such as Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch,
  - learn, etc;
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI/Cloud ecosystem (Azure, ML, Cognitive Services); Gen AI/Agentic AI is a plus;
• Fluent in Portuguese and
  - level English;
• Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative team player;
• Strong communication skills for interaction with clients and team members;
• Commitment to quality and meeting deadlines.
