Your Mission Will Be

• Design and implement advanced AI systems and architectures that drive innovation across the organization;
• Develop and optimize Python-based solutions for data processing, model training, and deployment pipelines;
• Collaborate with data, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable applications;
• Contribute to the definition of standards, best practices, and frameworks for AI and MLOps across teams;
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies, including LLMs and Generative AI, to enhance business solutions.

You Will Need

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning;
• Proven expertise in Python and frameworks such as Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch, Hugging
  Face, or Scikit-learn;
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, CI/CD for ML models, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure);
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional initiatives;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
• Experience with Saa
  S platforms or large‑scale multi‑user systems;
• Background in Data Engineering, Dev
  Ops, or distributed architectures;
• Previous experience mentoring technical teams or acting as a solutions architect;
• Familiarity with Generative AI applications and emerging AI technologies.
