What do you need to be SMART AI DIGITAL ASSISTANT SPECIALIST ?

3+ years of experience in IT or Software Development.

Strong proficiency in Python (scripting, automation, and backend development).

Skilled in Linux systems (setup, configuration, troubleshooting).

Strong analytical and
- solving mindset .

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and external partners.

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new proprietary software and technologies.

Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week onsite).

What you will do:

Develop and enhance features of our AI digital assistant tool with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience .

Identify and resolve technical challenges through debugging and
- solving .

Collaborate with external vendors to integrate new features, ensure compatibility, and troubleshoot issues.

Contribute to multiple projects by applying best practices in software development to drive continuous innovation.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) concepts and algorithms.

Knowledge of Prompt Engineering in AI digital assistants.

Familiarity with
- premises installations of AI tools.

Experience with
- based AI platforms and hybrid integrations.

Understanding of Agile methodologies and Git version control.

Experience with data analysis and visualization (Pandas, Num
Py, Matplotlib).
