AI Enablement Manager Lisboa

Overview

We're seeking an AI Enablement Manager with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence and Transformation to support the implementation of a - impact - strategy. The candidate will report to the AI Office. This opportunity places you at the heart of an ambitious initiative relevant to the entire Group, focused on accelerating AI adoption, empowering teams through enablement programs, and creating a strategic roadmap of AI use cases with tangible business impact.

Responsibilities

• The AI Enablement Manager will serve as the principal coordinator supporting the Group's AI Strategy, ensuring strategic alignment among initiatives, working groups, and business needs.
• Act as the primary coordinator in supporting the implementation of Group's AI Strategy.
• Develop and maintain an AI roadmap for the Group, identifying and prioritizing use cases.
• Assist teams in developing and expanding AI use cases, promoting initiatives like Chat
  GPT and Copilot.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness by defining KPIs and reporting impact through dashboards.
• Align internal AI working groups and enablement programs to ensure cohesion.
• Collaborate with HR and external partners to design literate AI programs.
• Promote AI Governance and responsible practices in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Benchmark and prototype AI tools and coordinate evaluations with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Data Analysis, or related technology fields.
• Solid knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and MLOps/AIOps practices.
• Practical experience with tools like Chat
  GPT, Copilot, Claude, Mistral, or source LLMs in a business context.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging technical and technical audiences.
• High curiosity, adaptability, proactivity, and autonomy in personal leadership.
• Empathy and collaborative spirit with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to influence without authority are valued differentiators.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (including Power BI).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a hybrid work environment.
• Additional certifications in AI or Data Science.
