Job description

Join our tech team in January 2026, starting a fresh tech hub in Porto, to design, prototype, and deploy cutting‑edge projects that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, and both code‑based and no‑code development platforms. Positioned at the forefront of innovation, you will play a key role in shaping solutions with the potential to create major impact for the business. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across functions, experiment with emerging AI technologies, and contribute to the deployment of scalable solutions in a dynamic, international environment.

Your missions

• Design and develop prototypes using LLMs and AI automation frameworks
• Lead end‑to‑end development of internal AI tools and systems
• Contribute to the deployment of scalable solutions into production environments
• Collaborate with teams across functions to identify business use cases
• Experiment with new AI technologies such as Agents, MCP, and RAG
• Design and build intelligent agents and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines
• Integrate no‑code platforms like Power Platform, Make, or n8n into AI workflows
• Ensure solution reliability in a containerized Azure environment

Your profile

• Academic background: Degree from an engineering school or in computer science
• Experience: Python development; AI generative providers (Open
  AI, Mistral, Claude, etc. ); frameworks such as Lang
  Chain, Langgraph, or similar; vector databases (e. g. , Qdrant) and web UIs (Chainlit, Open Web
  UI); containerization and Azure cloud environment
• English language: Fluent in English; French is a plus
• Tools / software: Proficiency in Python, AI frameworks, vector databases, web UI tools, and Azure
• AI/Open
  AI experience: Experience with generative AI providers and related frameworks
• Soft skills: Proactive mindset, enthusiasm for testing new ideas, and ability to work autonomously
