Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy serverless/containerised AI applications using Python and
  - native services;
• Build AI agents that work seamlessly with existing production systems;
• Collaborate with multiple teams across the organisation to integrate different systems;
• Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability;
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues including timeouts and connectivity problems.

What we are looking for

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles and Dev
  Ops practices;
• Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure;
• Proficiency in Fast
  API for building RESTful APIs;
• Strong understanding of
  - native architecture and microservices;
• Basic understanding of LLM/MLOps and monitoring AI systems;
• Demonstrated understanding of complex system integrations;
• Experience working in
  - level IT environments;
• Experience in AWS ecosystem (Lambdas, Gateway, Fargate, etc. );
• Experience working with Snowflake, SAP, Service
  Now, Salesforce;
• Experience with LLM frameworks (e. g. , Lang
  Chain, Llama
  Index);
• Experience analysing latency, improving scalability, and checking timeouts (network infrastructure);
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization techniques;
• Understanding of A2A and MPC protocol;
• Familiarity with agent evaluation frameworks and testing methodologies;
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval systems;
• Awareness of RPA tools like Ui
  Path, Power Automate;
