We are looking for an
AI Engineer
to support the implementation of requirements and structures for AI-driven applications. The role involves developing and optimizing data structures, storage solutions, and integration strategies.

The selected candidate will be expected to collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful project delivery, contribute to technical and team decisions, interact with multiple stakeholders, and support key strategic decisions. Additionally, they will be responsible for providing solutions to technical challenges both within their immediate team and across other teams.

Fluency in English is required.
This is a
hybrid position
, with the possibility of working from our offices located in the
south, center, and north of Portugal
.

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Data & AI Processes.
• Strong knowledge of Data & AI Strategy
  (considered a plus).

• Solution Development:
  Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects.
• Technology Evaluation:
  Assess and recommend tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve project outcomes.
• Knowledge Sharing:
  Support workshops and training sessions to strengthen team expertise in AI engineering and related fields.
• Process Optimization:
  Continuously evaluate and improve processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
