We are seeking an AI Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to help implement our next generation of educational AI systems. These systems power features such as personalized recommendations and feedback automation, enhancing how learners interact with educational content. The ideal candidate will work alongside our AI and product teams to help shape practical,
- world features built on top of LLMs, embeddings, and student interaction data.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or backend development roles.
• Familiar with Python and relevant libraries for AI experimentation or prototyping.
• Comfortable using LLM APIs or tooling (e. g. , Open
  AI, Hugging
  Face, Lang
  Chain).
• Basic understanding of embeddings, vector search, or prompt engineering.
• Familiar with version control systems (Git).
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in a
  - functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on generative AI applications or
  - augmented generation (RAG).
• Awareness of explainability tools, content summarization techniques, or feedback workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services (e. g. , Azure Open
  AI, Azure ML).
• Exposure to Ed
  Tech systems, learning analytics, or personalization engines.
• Interest in contributing to
  - world educational tools used by students and teachers.

Tarefas

• Contribute to the design and development of AI-driven features like recommendation systems and feedback automation.
• Help prototype and refine
  - driven interactions powered by models such as GPT-4.
• Support the integration of generative AI into educational workflows, including summarization and contextual feedback.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure embeddings, metadata, and learner profiles are accessible for AI features.
• Participate in the testing and evaluation of AI outputs with

• Support the development of explainable and auditable AI outputs, aligned with transparency goals.
• Iterate on features based on informal user feedback and observed learner behavior.
• Work in a flexible and pragmatic way to translate rough ideas into usable educational tools.

Formação

Superior Completo: Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Electrical or Computer Engineering.
